Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak periods or holidays.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times We partner with Gelato for print-on-demand fulfilment to ensure quality products are produced and shipped efficiently. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- UK: 3-7 business days
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- International: 7-14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order contents. We use flat-rate shipping where available within geographical regions.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Customs and Import Duties For international orders, you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the customer's responsibility.
Shipping Issues If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at shrewsburyrabbitrescue@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We'll work with our fulfilment partner to resolve the issue.
